Need a hand?

Most things in SatuCircle are simple, but real-life activities can still have questions. Here are the basics.

How do I join an activity?
Go to Explore and open any activity that interests you. Read the details, then tap Request to Join. The host will review your profile and Circle Rep before approving. Some activities may allow instant join.
What is Circle Rep?
Circle Rep is a 0–100 reputation score inside SatuCircle. It reflects things like verified attendance, late cancellations, no-shows, and unresolved issues. It helps hosts make better decisions and keeps activities healthier for everyone.
Why was my request rejected?
Hosts review each request based on the activity context, available slots, group fit, and their own preferences. If the host leaves a note, you'll see it on your dashboard. You can keep joining other activities and build your Circle Rep through verified attendance.
I can't make it to an activity I was approved for. What should I do?
Open the activity page and request to leave as early as possible. Leaving more than 24 hours before the activity usually has no penalty. A late cancellation within 24 hours, or a confirmed no-show, may affect your Circle Rep because the host has already held a slot for you.
How do I check in at an activity?
When you arrive, the host opens a QR check-in. Scan the QR with your phone to verify your attendance. The check-in window opens 30 minutes before the activity starts and closes 30 minutes after it ends.
How long do I have to mark attendance as the host?
72 hours after your activity ends. Within that window you can mark members as present, no-show, or excused via the attendance roster on the activity page. After 72 hours the roster is frozen — for disputes, email [email protected] with details and we'll review manually.
What happens if I don't mark attendance?
Marking attendance protects members' trust scores — when you finalize who showed up, they earn their verified-attendance bonus. If 72 hours pass with no attendance recorded (no QR scans and no manual marks) AND the activity had at least one approved participant, we'll email you a reminder. The first time in 30 days is just a heads-up. A second miss within 30 days reduces your Circle Rep by 5. Activities with zero approved participants or cancelled ones are skipped entirely.
How do I host my own activity?
Once your account is active, go to Create Activity. Add the title, category, location, time, slots, cost details, and visibility settings. You can publish it when ready or save it as a draft.
Is SatuCircle free?
SatuCircle is free to use during beta. Some activities may have their own costs, such as venue rental, equipment, food, or split bills. Costs are shown up front on the activity page. SatuCircle does not process payments yet, so hosts and members settle costs directly.
Which cities are live?
We're starting with Jabodetabek — Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Bandung and Bali are planned next. Other cities will open gradually as the community grows.
Can I require a deposit before the activity?
Not yet. SatuCircle doesn't process payments and doesn't have escrow or dispute resolution in place, so deposit-style cost types are temporarily disabled — up-front transfers are the highest-risk path for scams. For now, use Split bill, Pay your own, or Fixed price and settle costs at the venue. If your activity legitimately needs a deposit (e.g. court booking), coordinate it with approved participants directly via your own channel after approval.
A host asked me to transfer money before the activity. Is that OK?
No — don't transfer anything before showing up.SatuCircle doesn't process payments and doesn't mediate disputes. Costs are settled at the venue. Hosts asking for up-front transfers are a known scam pattern. Report it to [email protected] with a screenshot of the request.
I have a safety or trust concern. What should I do?
Email [email protected] with the activity link, user profile if relevant, and a clear description of what happened. For urgent or serious concerns, leave the activity and prioritize your safety. In-app reporting tools are being built as SatuCircle grows.
